  • Gynaecology and Andrology

    We offer kits for the quantitative determination of hormones involved in the male and female reproductive systems and in vitro fertilisation (IVF). Kits available include FSH, LH, HCG, 17-OH-Progesterone (17-OH-P), 5α-Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), Estrone (E1), dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate (DHEA-S), and androstenedione.

    Hypertension or high blood pressure is a cardiac chronic medical condition in which systemic arterial blood pressure is elevated. Persistent hypertension is a significant risk factor for strokes, heart attacks, heart failure, and arterial aneurysms, and is a leading cause of chronic renal failure. Kits available include Renin(active), Angiotensinogen I and II, Angiotensinogen converting enzyme (ACE), Aldosterone, Endothelin, Catecholamines, Metanephrine, Nometanephrine, Adrenalin, Noradrenaline and Dopamine.

  • Tumour markers

    We offer a broad portfolio of assays for the quantitative detection of tumour markers for diagnostics, research and monitoring therapy.

    The new IBL ELISA kit for Chromogranin A (CgA) has a high clinical utility for patients with neuroendocrine tumours and provides reliable and consistent results with standards based on human recombinant CgA.

    ELISA kits with excellent correlation to HPLC, and protocols available for automation, are available for Adrenalin, Noradrenaline and Dopamine.

    Kits are also available for the measurement of catecholamines Metanephrine and Nometanephrine in urine samples for the diagnosis and follow-up of tumors of the nervous system such as pheochromocytoma, neuroblastoma and ganglioneuroma.

  • Growth hormones

    Insulin-like growth factors (IGF)-I and-II play a key role in the regulation of proliferation, differentiation and specific functions of many cell types. We offer kits for the quantitative determination of Growth Hormone (GH), GHBP, IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-1, IGFBP-2, IGFBP-3 and IGFBP-6.

  • Adipokines

    Adipose tissue is an active endocrinological organ whose hormones influence and control food intake and utilization in a variety of ways. These regulatory circuits can be disturbed by obesity, for example, and thus contribute to the development of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases or tumours. We offer kits for the quantitative determination of Leptin, Adiponectin, Resistin, Vaspin, Chemerin and Progranulin.

Saliva Samples

Saliva has been used for many years as a biological fluid for the detection of different biomarkers such as electrolytes, hormones, drugs and antibodies. It offers advantages for clinicians, patients and researchers in terms of convenience and it is non-invasive and painless to collect.

Steroid hormone assessment from saliva allows the specific determination of the biologically active or “free” fraction of target hormones. IBL International provides you with highly sensitive luminescence immunoassays and ELISAs which have been specially developed and validated for saliva. The special ultrapure polypropylene sampling device, SaliCap, ensures excellent recovery of steroid hormones in saliva samples.

LC-MS kits, Calibrators and Controls
