Serological Assays

IBL offers a comprehensive range of ELISA products for the detection of viral, bacterial and parasitic infections in humans. Reagents such as wash buffers, TMB substrates and stop solutions are interchangeable between products and all products are easy to use, fully automatable and provide reliable results.

The TestLine product line includes ELISA and Immunoblot kits for the detection and measurement of specific antibodies to a wide variety of pathogens. Assays are easily automated and include the SmartEIA range of kits designed specifically for the Dynex Agility system.

The TestLine Microblot-Array (MBA) is a new generation of unique, immunoblot array in a microtiter plate format. It is designed for efficient multiplex diagnostics, enabling the simultaneous detection of multiple markers which can save time and lower costs. Processing can be performed automatically using open ELISA analysers. The evaluation is performed by the Microblot–Array Reader and software. Results can be exported in various formats and the system can be connected to LIS.

Bacterial Typing Antisera

Molecular Assays – Microbial pathogens and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR)

AID molecular diagnostic kits are based on the reverse hybridisation of DNA. The Genoblot kits are easy to use and suitable for small, medium and high sample throughput. Reliable and reproducible results are obtained within 4 hours and are easily interpreted using the AID Genoblot Scanning system.

Rapid Point of Care Immunoassay System

SD Biosensor Standard F analysers are qualitative and quantitative fluorescent immunoassay systems and have been designed for easy, rapid and reliable measurement of diverse parameters. The system utilises a familiar lateral flow test platform with user friendly software and the Europium-based fluorescent chemistry permits sensitive fluorescence detection.

A wide range of kits are available and can be used on both analysers.
