Our Commitment

Oxford BioSystems acts ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking and are committed to preventing these practices in our operations and supply chain.

As a distributor working with global manufacturers, we recognise that modern slavery is a complex and evolving risk. We take this responsibility seriously and actively work to understand and manage potential risks across our supply network. We ensure that ethical considerations are embedded in our day-to-day operations.

Our Approach

We aim to ensure that the products we source and supply are obtained through responsible and ethical practices. Our approach includes:

  • Reviewing supplier information and documentation where available
  • Raising awareness of modern slavery risks within our business
  • Reviewing and strengthening our policies as expectations and regulations evolve, and improving our transparency whenever possible.

Our commitment is supported by internal policies and management systems, including:

  • A Modern Slavery Policy outlining our expectations of suppliers and partners
  • An ISO 9001 accredited Quality Management System, supporting controlled processes, traceability, and supplier oversight
