EuroMed-N Basal Media

EuroMed-N is a basal medium and does not contain any growth or trophic factors, hormones and L-glutamine.

AmnioFlask®
AmnioFlask is a flask ultrasonically welded to a polystyrene microscope slide. The screw cap garantees a liquid and gas tight seal to prevent contamination and leakage during flask handling. At the end of the in situ culture the flask is easily removed from the slide.
AmnioChamber®
A polystyrene chamber with cover, sealed with a silicone gasket to a “sand blasted” microscope glass slide. When the in situ culture is complete the chamber and the gasket can be easily removed from the slide.
AmnioChamberSF®
A polystyrene chamber with cover, sealed with a strong biocompatible glue to a SuperFrost® microscope glass slide. At the end of the in situ culture the chamber is removed from the slide.
ChromoLympho B
ChromoLympho B is a “new generation” proliferation reagent that is designed for use in culturing peripheral blood/bone marrow cells from patients affected with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) and other B-cell lymphoproliferative syndromes. It has been shown to improve the success rate of metaphase analysis and more importantly, gives an impressive abnormality rate, similar to Fish analysis findings.

MaestroSafe
A non-toxic alternative to Ethidium Bromide as a stain for nucleic acids.
MaestroSafe can be used in exactly the same way as Ethidium Bromide, by incorporating it into your agarose gel, or it can be used as a loading dye in pre-cast gels.
Either way, it is safe to handle and can be disposed off in normal waste, saving you money on waste disposal costs.

WaxFree™ DNA
WaxFree™ DNA is a kit designed for DNA extraction fromformalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. The kit uses a non-binding, non elution method to efficiently extract DNA from tissue and eliminate DNA loss commonly seen in the traditional column or bead extraction methods. This simple extraction method takes less than two hours and achieves maximal yield of DNA with optimised conditions for PCR amplification.
KRAS
Trimgen have a range of highly sensitive Mutector™ kits. The Mutector™ II KRAS kit is a highly sensitive test designed to accurately identify all 12 KRAS mutations in codons 12 and 13.
Mutector kits are available for KRAS, EGFR, BRAF and their real-time PCR kit for warfarin sensitivity genotypng.
