When placing an order, please provide your purchase order number, Oxford Biosystems and Cadama account number (if known), product name and number, quantity, price, shipping instructions, customer contact name and telephone numbers.
All orders are subject to credit approval and acceptance by Oxford Biosystems Cadama.
Invoicing
We are pleased to offer special prices for standing or bulk orders. Please contact the customer service department to discuss your requirements. VAT is charged at 20% on all orders unless we receive declaration of VAT exemption of VAT with each order. A minimum packaging and shipping charge of £25.00 will be added to all orders. Invoices become due for payment 30 days from invoice date.
Late Payments
Oxford Biosystems and Cadama Ltd preserve the right to claim interest of 8% above current base rate for late payments (Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act) 1998.
Returned Goods
Credit for returned goods will not be issued without pre-approval from Oxford Biosystems and Cadama Ltd in the form of an assigned Returned Goods Authorisation number. Items shipped in error and/or damaged in transit must be reported within 10 days of shipment. If authorised, products must be returned in the same condition as received within 30 days of original shipment by Oxford Biosystems and Cadama.
In general, the following returns are not authorised for the following:
- Items not purchased directly from Oxford Biosystems and Cadama.
- Products without a useful shelf live.
- Products that have deteriorated because of improper handling, abuse, or other causes beyond Oxford Biosystems and Cadama's control.
Claims for Damage in Transit
Oxford Biosystems and Cadama's shipping responsibility ceases with safe delivery in good condition to the transportation company. Upon receipt, the Customer should count and inspect freight before the carrier departs. Claims by the Customer for damage in transit should be made to the Transit Company. When damaged freight is received or when the shipment is short, a detailed notation should be made on the delivery receipt and signed by the carrier's driver.
When damage is detected after delivery, notify the carrier immediately, but within 10 days of delivery, and request a "concealed damage inspection report" on the damaged goods.
The shipping container must be saved until the carrier's inspection has been made. The Customer is responsible for filing freight claims. Assistance may be obtained by calling Oxford Biosystems and Cadama's Customer Service.

Warranty
Oxford Biosystems and Cadama warrants its products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and application as described in the package insert. Oxford Biosystems and Cadama's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to replace defective products. This warranty applies only to products in the original container that have been handled and stored in accordance with Oxford Biosystems and Cadama Ltd recommendations and does not apply to products that have been the subject of alteration, misuse or abuse. All claims under this warranty must be directed to Oxford Biosystems and Cadama Ltd in writing and must be accompanied by a copy of the purchaser's invoice. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no case shall Oxford Biosystems and Cadama Ltd be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Some of our products are sold FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. Such products are NOT FOR USE IN DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES Pursuant to 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i).

We normally aim to supply products within ten days, however we make no guarantees for availability or delivery dates of products.
